Ebay has no recently reported completed sales on this posting ID. Your account shows 1 sale since it was opened, so that sale was older
than 90 days. By now the window for feedback on that sale is closed. If you already delivered it to them electronically, then there is no need to follow-up on the order as details of it will not show up in your sales order history anyhow.
@jrthe42 Your last sale was on Feb 12th and the buyer will have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing for the Ground Advantage shipping that you offered to file a not received refund request. The buyer will also have 60 days from the date of purchase to leave feedback.
Your payout will most likely be held at LEAST 30 days if not longer since there's no tracking.
Here's information on how to CORRECTLY list Digitally delivered goods on eBay>
The only way to deliver to email per eBay policy is if you list as a Classified Listing which costs $9.95. There are not any other selling fees when your item sells. The listing fee is NOT refundable and paid even if the digital item doesn't sell.
Electronically delivered items such as digital items that you have the legal right to sell can only be listed in the classified section Everything else> information products.
Select Classified from the drop down menu and then there will not be a shipping method required.
If you do not list this way the buyer can say they didn't receive digital item since you won't have tracking and you will have to issue a refund. You also will be violating eBay policy if you don't list digital items this way and eBay may ban your account.

Your listing said you would ship an item. If no item is shipped, then the seller will have to wait the full 30 days before releasing the funds.
If your buyer opens a case for ‘item not received’, you will have to refund, as you are not able to prove delivery.
There is no seller protection for non-physical items.
The owner of the brand of the item you sold, also has wording in their user agreement that does not allow the sale or trade of their property.
