Shipping Amounts Are Wrong For eBay Labels
Is there a way to report a glitch in the shipping system to eBay? A package I was trying to ship USPS Ground Advantage that only weighs 5 oz said it would be $8.69 and that it was saving me $2.01 for purchasing on eBay. The same label, when calculated at the USPS website was $7.90 retail and $4.86 click & ship. Of course I purchased through the click & ship but was just wondering if there's a way to report the issue? I can't get a phone number to pull up through the Help & Contact for shipping issues.

It sounds like the 'irregular' package box was checked accidentally. That adds $4 to the price.

OP1 year agoThank you! That's exactly what it was. I have no idea how that box got checked, but I checked it today (as if I were going to print a 2nd label) and that was the issue.
