Shipping Adjustments, FedEx (USPS SmartPost)
Does any other carrier do this with shipping? A very small error in weight, package was actually smaller than claimed, and a 50% surcharge? I think I'm going to stop using FedEx... This is ridiculous. Completely ate the profit from the transaction... I use a certified scale and always round up on weight, I've received three FedEx "adjustments" in the last week and it's killing me...

Mentor2 years agoThis is a known issue with FedEx. EBay is aware of the problem and is working to fix it. EBay should contact you with any adjustments.
