shipping adjustment by Federal Express
I shipped several items in March 2025 using Fedex, as they were much lower than USPS, my usual shipping option. A few weeks later I am starting to see adjustments in my account charging me more than what I was originally paid. Any one else seeing this and can I do anything about it? Thanks, Jim
ps I contacted Fedex and they state I need to go through Ebay to receive any possible recourse for this issue...

Mentor1 year ago@jcg10-half Only eBay customer service can file the dispute since they are the Fed Ex customer. I recommend contacting CS on social media to ask them to do this. Keep in mind that Fed Ex does sometimes add incorrect surcharges but there are CORRECT surcharges that you can read about on the Fed Ex website.
Personally if I have an item that is too large or heavy to ship via USPS then I use UPS and buy the label from PIrateship.com. Pirateship helps with insurance claims and surcharge disputes. UPS does have a list of valid surcharges on their website too. UPS does not add surcharges as often as Fed Ex does.
