I sold a set of plastic door panels to a customer in NC my wife took them to UPS and sent them off UPS Said the weight was 22.81 lbs and the dimensions were an inch over on the width and 12 inches on the height. They said the weight on the label was 365 oz I got a message from ebay sayomg.they were taking $148 out.of my account because it was over weight 161 pounds ... I called and tried to explain to them it was impossible for it to weigh that much amd they basically said to bad. 355 oz is 22.8 pounds the weight was 22
8 pounds when weighed at UPS so I don't.t know where they got 161 pounds from but does anyone. Know how I can contact someone other than the omes that answer the phones for customer care.. this is beyond ridiculous that they'd take momey from my account without so much as verifying the info from UPS... If anyone has contact info for someone higher than customer care could you please help me out... thanks
