Shipping address on label does not match buyers

Question

I am shipping something to Canada from US. The automatic shipping label is not the same as buyers. It shows a US address not buyers. I don't want to send package to address that does not match. How can I verify that it is actually going to buyer. eBay provides no support and just says that the label addresses may not match as it goes to distributor???

How can I verify?

It sounds like you are using eBay international shipping program. Where you ship to a domestic address who then forwards it to the buyer.
