Shipping address label - return address
My shipping labels are pulling my old name and address. I deleted the old address from my account but the shipping label is not updating. What am I missing? Thanks!

Mentor2 years agoBe sure to update ALL of your addresses in your profile.

The next time you purchase a shipping label, on the label creation page, check to make sure that the zip code displayed for your Ship from/return address is correct. If it's not, click the Edit link and select the correct address as your default. After that, it should "stick."

Mentor2 years agoGreat! The new address might appear the next time you purchase a label but it might not, so make a note to check that before completing the purchase.
