There are FIVE addresses to edit/update.
Then use the CONTACT SELLER link and request a Cancellation for Problem with buyer's address, because the SHIP TO address is wrong. The seller should then file the Cancellation, refund if you already paid, and relist the item for you to repurchase and repay. Be sure to note the SHIP TO address when you go to ebay Checkout as that is the SHIP TO address that the seller needs to ship to.
