Shipping address
I sold an item on eBay, the buyer paid and I am trying to print the label so I can ship the item, but my address on the shipping label appears wrong , how can I fix it?

·2 years agoIf your own return address on the label is wrong, you can correct it on the label creation page. Look for the area to edit the address. Below is an older screenshot (annotated for other purposes), but it does show that the Order details, over on the right, can be expanded to show that you can Edit your "Ship from/ Return to" address for an individual label.
If you have already printed the label, and it is in the same general area, you can cross out the old address an write your actual address.
If you are shipping from an address that is nowhere near the old wrong address, the postage may be wrong. In that case, void the label and start a new label.

Update your return address on your account settings and also on the label creation screen before you purchase a new label.
