Shipping address
customer asked to change shipping address after sale completed. Can I do that or do they have to cancel and change their address before I can send.

A seller must ship to the buyer's address on file with eBay to maintain eBay seller protection.
You can cancel the order using the reason: "Issue with buyer's address." The buyer will be refunded and you can relist the item. Notify the buyer that you relisted the item and that they have to be sure to change the shipping address they prefer as they are checking out for the second time.

Mentor8 months agoSellers must ship to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Imagine the mess we would have if everyone changed addresses. You have to cancel the transaction for problem with address. Then they can purchase the item again and change to the correct address, That is your best protection.
