shipping address

Question

I moved, and have changed every address listed in the ADDRESSES section of the ACCOUNT tab. There are several; I changed them all. Why does the address keep defaulting to my old address? Is there a double top-secret location where I have to go to change another address besides the obvious "addresses" section?

Hi @llhcorry One way to make the changes stick is to ADD the one then go back in and DELETE the old one. The Edit function does not change it deep in the program.

@llhcorry Are you a buyer? Be sure to make your shipping address 'Primary' here https://settings3.ebay.com/address/display?type=SHIPPING Are you a seller? A) If you need the Item Location in the listing changed, Each individual -listing- has a "location" zip/postal code in case your items are stored in various locations. This is what displays on the listing as the actual item location. Scroll to Preferences>item location. Click on the Pencil to change it. You can use Bulk edit to change the item location zip code on many listings at once - If you need those instructions let me know. - the Item Location will be the same as the original listing when you 'Sell similar' or in your listing template. Once you get them all fixed it will stay fixed. B) If you need the Return address and Ship From address changed on your labels There is a 'Edit' button on the lower right-hand side of the Print Shipping Label screen. - If you don't see something like this to the right on the shipping screen, click the " Show additional shipping options " on the upper right, then look again. Click the 'Edit' underneath your addresses. Ship from This Town OH 4xxxx-xxxx Return to Other City OH 4xxxx-xxxx You'll be able to select the addresses you entered in to your account, and they will stick.
