Shipping Address
What is going on with my shipping address? I updated my address in “Personal Information†two or three months ago after moving from Texas to Florida. I recently placed an order and added a new credit card and new billing address. Also, the card itself has the correct new address at the card company. During checkout, I was asked whether I wanted to ship to the new address associated with the new card. I answered yes. At some point in here, I also removed my old credit card.
The seller only sees my old address and was unable to ship to me at the new address and had to cancel the order. Once again, I went to my “Profile†and “Personal Information†to check and verify my address. Before I could do that, there was a pop-up asking me to choose between two versions of my old address as my shipping address. There was no option to choose my new address. I chose one of the two old choices. Then, I looked at my “Personal Information†and saw that the address is my correct new address.
There is nowhere that I have found to input a shipping address outside of the checkout process. The billing address associated with my credit card remains the correct new address.

When you went to Addresses under Personal Information … did you see FIVE separate Address fields to change?
Merely changing your Registration Address DOES NOT change the address to which packages will be shipped.

OP10 months agoThanks. Under “Personal Information†is “Username,†“Contact info,†“Phone number†and “Personal info.†Under “Personal info†is one address. Editing that address, there is nothing about any additional addresses. Under “Contact info†is my email address. Editing that, there is nothing about additional addresses.

OP10 months agoProblem solved (sort of). With a google search for “eBay Addresses,†I found a link to a page with my addresses. Thanks for the help.
