How can a buyer change their shipping address after a purchase?

·2 years agoHi @eaglekeeper9081 They can't if they're already paid. Send a message explaining: You'll have to cancel and refund their order (reason: problem with buyer's address), then re-list so the buyer can re-purchase.
Buyers can change the shipping address during the checkout process before they pay, but they should also go to Account settings and update addresses.
Unless the package is shipping USPS Media Mail, the buyer can also contact USPS to have their mail forwarded to their new address. USPS charges an extra shipping fee to forward Media Mail, so it will arrive to the new address with postage due.
