Message the buyer and explain that you are not able to offer shipping, and will cancel his purchase for him.
In your list of sold items, select cancel transaction next to that item, then select problem with buyer’s address.
Try to put LOCAL PICKUP ONLY in your title when you can’t ship. It isn’t perfect, but it helps.
