Shipping a sold item
My item sold yesterday. Ebay asked me to buy a label which I did. When I went to the post office they said no cant usevit as it is for a letter. I had to pay postage on this item which cost me £5.99. How do I claim this back. Buyer also has new yracking number. Whobin there right mind at ebay decided my item was a letter, in fact my item was a camera and tripod making it a parcel. I advised that shipping would be £5.00 but that seems to have been ignored. Please check item for correct postage befire sending out labels. This is my first time selling in ebsy and had left a bit of a bad taste. Due to someones lack of common sense. Your micro pauments have not gone into my bank account either. To say I am far from happy is an under statement. Regards Mrs Gray
