I purchased a battery from a seller that shipped the item out from the US. It turned out it was the wrong battery I need so I requested a return. The seller requires the buyer to pay for the return shipping and the address that Ebay wants me to ship the battery back to is someplace in China. Is this common? Can sellers require buyers to return an item to an entirely different location than where it was shipped from?
