Shipping a return

Hello. I printed my return label and dropped off at FedEx but it is saying I need to take action and mark it shipped and provide tracking number but I am unable to find where exactly to do that.

Hereâ€™s how to add the tracking information to your return if youâ€™re using your own return shipping label:

Go to the return request in Purchase History.
Select the shipping carrier from the dropdown list. If you select Other, enter the carrier name.
Enter the tracking number.
Select Mark as sent.

If you're returning an item that has a total cost of $750 or more, you'll need to use a tracked service with signature confirmation.
