Shipping a replacement item
A buyer bought a set of items from me and one of the items broke during shipping. The driver must have driven over it the way I had it packed, but that's for another day. Anyway, it was a set and even though I gave a partial refund, I located a replacement for the broken item and want to ship it to the buyer. How do I best go about doing that?

Next to the original order transaction, select Get another label from the dropdown menu (click the three dots) to create a second label. Remember to adjust the package size and weight for the single plate.
