Shipping a quantity of two items in two different packages with two shipping labels

I sold a quantity of two items but only one label printed and there was no option to print two USPS shipping labels. How do you ship two items that sold as a quantity of two but will ship separately?

If this was a single sale from the same listing then after printing the first label you will see the option to print another label (up to five). Look in the drop down menu next to the item.
