Please read this eBay Help page on the eBay Standard Envelope (ESE), it would include coins but there are specific requirements for shipping them: eBay standard envelope | eBay
If you already sold the coin you may not be able to sue the ESE but there are no sales showing on this ID you have posted with.
Additionally, ESE is Metered Mail and NOT door to door tracking. Note the price levels ESE can be used for on that Help Page, more valuable items that do not qualify need to be sent a different way with tracking and added insurance if over $ 100.
