Hi everyone. When I went to ship my item, I accidentally pushed the wrong way shipping price. I didn’t actually ship it yet because I wanna ship it a cheaper way. Is there anyway to get a refund for the original one that I pushed. It’s a significant difference otherwise I wouldn’t worry about it.

Mentor3 years agoGo to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the label. Click the down-arrow, select VOID. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. You can now use the same link to Print Another Label, and this time make the appropriate corrections for the package.
