Hello! I’m new to eBay and still have so many questions about shipping! I recently sold something and buyer paid $6.17 shipping. When I go to create a label the cheapest option is $12.74. I’m assuming I pay the difference? Why did it charge them so little for shipping?

Mentor3 years agoYou selected Media Mail for shipping when you set up your listing. A jump starter is not media and cannot e shipped that way.
You'll need to cover the difference. Just be sure you are setting up your shipping parameters correctly when you list.
