My buyer chose USPS Advantage for shipping and paid $120 however the item can't be shipped via USPS because of the size and weight. How do I resolve this issue?

Mentor2 years agoBuyer can only choose from the options you put in the listing. You can still override this when you create the label, just make sure to ask the buyer if a different carrier is ok.
