SHIPPING
I shipped an item via USPS priority mail. Ebay printed the label. USPS tracking says the item was diverted by the Postal Service 13 days ago. It wasn't delivered it wasn't returned. It was Diverted . Since its was stainless steel flatware, I think they want to see what was in the box. A guess. How do I find out what's going on to inform the purchaser and get this thing moving one way or another?

Mentor3 years agoSince you sent the package via priority, I don't believe the USPS can open the package. Go the the order, Order Details, and click on the tracking number to be taken to the USPS.com website. Locate the link to enter your email address for future updates. Maybe that will help get the package moving.
