OK so I created to shipping labels for two items that were purchased. Then I realized that they were going to the same person to the same address so when I ship them I put them in the same box. How do I notify eBay of this?

Mentor3 years agoYou would need to purchase a new label for the combined shipment (unless there is no change to the weight you used for one of the original labels). The unused label(s) can be voided within 5 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
