I am new to selling after being off of eBay for many years. I have a couple questions about shipping that I am hoping this forum can help me out…appreciate your time.
1. if I use a flat rate shipping cost on my listing and item costs less for shipping who gets that extra money? eBay, seller, buyer
2 if a buyer buys multiple items and if I ship them together will cost less that the individual flat rate price I set when pricing individually is there a way to refund some of the shipping back to the buyer?
