Shipping
I have a very large item. A guy wants to purchase the large item. He is stating that my shipping is not set up correctly. I want to use EBay shipping.

OP3 days agoThank you for the messages. I guess I need to setup a separate shipping for the goat roofing ladder. I can setup multiple shipping? Boy, I talked to eBay customer service! She did not help me.

I agree with @jacbarcollectibles that you have mistakes on your listings. Clothing does NOT ship via Freight. Depending on how big the The Goat Steep Assist Roof Ladder Compact Goat is that one might need to go by frieght but you need tie weight and dimension of it PACKED for shipment to see if USPS, UPS or FedEx can ship it.

Mentor3 days agoI am not sure why your listings are set up with freight shipping. These items can go by either USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on the size of the package. You need to edit your listings to change the shipping method.
