I see by your Feedback history that this is a Buying account.
Was the purchase from a Domestic or Foreign Seller?
Keep an eye on the tracking on that item in your Purchase history. If it does not show delivery confirmation by the estimated delivery date AND you do not have the package then you can file a claim with eBay that you did not receive your item and here is what we share in that instance:
... The date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
If the tracking is not valid, you may want to investigate why.
If you are the buyer, reach out to the seller and ask them to update and fix the tracking.
If you are the seller, double check that you entered the correct tracking number. If you used eBay shipping labels, it may just take some time to update the number.
