The same buyer purchased two items off me. I bundled his order with the first shipping label and shipped.
He was charged for the second label ( he is not requesting a refund nor does he care) I'd like to refund him.
My funds are on hold till after shipping I believe. Will this effect how I get paid?
And I can cancel a prepaid label and attach shipment other label ?

In the future here is how you can Combine 2 or more BIN (Buy it now) items purchased from one Buyer:
You can actually Combine multiple Buy it now items prior to printing a label:
-Sold items will be in your Awaiting shipment-print shipping label file
-Use the check box on the left for the items to be Combined
-At the top of the list is a Shipping drop-down menu on the left, select Print shipping labels
-The items will be moved to the Bulk label flow
-Use the check boxes again on the left and then click the Combine button at the top of the page
-The items will be Combined, over on the right you can adjust the weight, box dimensions, Shipping method (if necessary) and then review and print the label in the upper right.
-If you want a receipt it is a secondary function on the Bulk label flow.
-You can Refund the Buyer the shipping overage once you ship the package.
You can also Cancel labels you will not use on this page, use the drop down menu on the left and select Cancel: Track and manage your shipments
As a relatively new Seller your funds will be on hold for up to 31 days: Transaction holds | eBay

Mentor3 weeks ago · EditedYou should combine the orders in the Shipping Hub so both get the same tracking number for the single package.
If you have already bought both labels, you can cancel one and make sure you manually add the same tracking number to the second included item.
You can then send a partial refund if you want.
