How many days does a seller have to ship?

Mentor2 weeks agoIn most cases, it is listed and stated in the listing.
A seller is required to provide a handling time when they list. They can ship same day or even up to 30 days. It just has to be input into the listing when they create it.
Sellers are not required to ship on holidays or weekends.
Handling time is measured in business days and starts when you receive payment for an item, ending when your package is scanned by your shipping carrier.
You can include Saturdays and/or Sundays in your handling time if you ship on those days.
Set your handling time realistically, ideally no more than 2 days, to provide reliable delivery estimates to buyers. Shorter handling times are better if you can meet them consistently.
If you offer 1-day handling, it means the item must be scanned by the end of the next business day (e.g., if paid Monday, scanned by Tuesday 11:59pm).
You can also set handling time cut-offs for same-day handling in your Shipping Preferences under the Dispatch and handling section.
