My buyer requested to ship my item no signature required. Does not seem like a good idea to me. Any advice? its a high dollar item.

Do not ship an item over $750 dollars without signature required, you will loose your item not received proof of delivery if the buyer opens a refund.
eBay policy requires signature confirmation for any item over $750 to protect both the seller and buyer. Message the buyer and let them know eBay requires you to have it. If they still insist on shipping without it ask if they want to cancel.
