OP1 month agoSo my question is this. The person that was busting my fireplace paid 1700 that was including the shipping. I got the label but never used it as me and buyer changed our minds. I voided the label but eBay still took the 300 out of my account for the shipping label. Do I get that money back?

You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

Mentor1 month agoIs this regarding the fireplace item that you sold on Aug. 5th?
Ebay calculates its final value fees based on the total amount paid by the buyer—which includes the item price, sales tax, and any shipping charges. If the buyer paid shipping charges during checkout then you were charged a shipping fee, a percentage of what the buyer paid.

Mentor1 month agoYou have to give someone a little longer than that to ship. You are charged shipping upfront, so the seller can buy the label to send the item to you.
Its Sunday, I purchased some labels yesterday, but the items won't be posted until tomorrow morning when the post office is open.
