How long does a sellar have to ship once paid?

Mentor2 years agoThe seller has until the end of the seller's handling time to get an acceptance scan, otherwise eBay considers the shipment "late", but that may not necessarily matter to the seller. The seller is not required to provide tracking to the buyer unless a case has been filed.
The day after the last estimated delivery date, the buyer can file an "item not received" case.
