Hoping someone can help. I had an order but when I went to print the label to ship it, it gives me an error message saying some shipping details are missing. The only thing that's not highlighted is the ZIP Code. The entire address is on the main screen, but when I click on it to edit because it appears that something is wrong with it, it does not let me edit. I can see the ZIP Code there but it's not highlighted. It does not allow me to change it. I contacted the buyer, but haven't heard back. Any suggestions?
