Buyer put money for shipping through ebay but ebay is not giving me and option to ship because item is too heavy. How do i get the money for shipping to use outside of ebay?

Mentor4 months ago@brandie2017 You charged a flat rate freight price of $500. It will most likely cost more than the $500 the buyer paid to ship it.
You are not allowed to charge a buyer more for shipping than stated on the listing. Freight shipping is always arranged outside of eBay.
The item most likely would have to be placed on a pallet and secured prior to shipping.
Freight shipping labels currently can't be purchased through eBay Labels. If you offer freight as an option, you'll need to purchase your label directly from the freight carrier when arranging shipping. Learn more about freight shipping on our Seller Center page.
