Shipping
I’m not sure what to do. I shipped 2 items to the same buyer and I only used one shipping label from one of the items and I put both in one box. But I believe I was supposed to put 2 shipping labels on the box since now eBay thinks only one of the items was shipped.

Mentor4 months agoNo, you would have needed to enter the tracking number into both purchases. The post office would not have known what to do with two labels on one package. You can try entering the tracking number into the second items purchase history and then contacting customer service to have them manually check the tracking number to prove delivery. Or you can wait the 30 days before eBay will send the payout for the second item.
You can contact customer service using this link and ask for a call back: eBay Customer Service Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time. Unfortunately you will still need to answer the AI bot questions in order to get help. eBay removed our way to get around the questions so you may need to ask for “Agent” several times before the system gets the message and lets you ask for the call back. Please be aware that there are several things that can prevent you from receiving the return call. Some phone service providers have spam filters that will block eBay calls. Also, this can happen if you are using a VOIP phone number from your Internet provider.
