I paid $50 for overnight shipping on a package and now they're telling me it's going to take 12 days for it to get to me how do I get in contact with eBay because the seller is the one that charged me to $50 but didn't ship it for 3 days after they receive the money but still charged me $50 for overnight

@aapressur_795 Sorry that happened. All you can do is file a return request when the item arrives with the reason doesn't match pictures or description. eBay will make the seller send a return label and refund you 100%. The seller MAY choose to issue a partial refund after you file the return request case but eBay can't make the seller issue a partial refund.

The shipping method is part of the description.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.
