I had a buyer purchase 3 albums and wanted it shipped together so I've never done the combine shipping because I'm new to selling on eBay so I took the package to post office and shipped from there which cost me 17.55 , would have been cheaper to ship separately, I was trying to figure out how to combine shipping but the buyer purchased the shipping cost thru ebay but i never bought the labels,so what im asking is can i get the shipping costs refunded to me since it was cheaper 14.16 than post office 17.55. or what happens to the unused labels is it refunded back to buyer? Thank You!

Mentor4 months agoIF you did not create and pay for labels through ebay, there is nothing to refund. If you did purchase ebay labels then you can cancel the unused labels here for a credit.

IF you purchased you own labels at the post office make sure you mark each item as shipped and enter the tracking number. This option is in the drop down menu next to each item.
