I attempted to print a shipping label for an envelope. The label wouldn't print with my printer. I tried to cancel the label but it stated that "This shipping label can't be cancelled". I was still charged for the label even though I couldn't use it. That is an unfair policy that rips off the sellers that make them their money! Something needs to be done about that and their free return shipping policy that cost the sellers a lot of money.

Mentor4 months agoThe ebay Standard Envelope cannot be cancelled, but I don't see that you have sold any items that qualify for that shipping label (trading cards, postcards, stamps, currency & coin, decals, seeds).
Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
You can REPRINT the label.
