Question

I did an order, tried to buy shipping through eBay but stopped when I was at post office & it wanted me to print label. I then paid at post office but now I’ve paid shipping twice. How do I get it back from eBay since I paid at the post office

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

If you took a QR code to the post office, that's what they do is print the actual label from the QR code.
