I sold an Item and shipping was included. When I printed the label, I noticed the weight was off. I decided to use my own label, which I did. The item arrived on Wednesday, March 4, 2026.
I’m wondering how I can get a refund for the label that I didn’t use.

On this page you can Cancel the label you purchased and will not use. You have 28 days to do that and your account will be credited in 21 days or less: Track and manage your shipments
When you printed your own label you needed to manually ADD the tracking to the sold item or you risk your Seller protection on a claim that the Buyer did not receive their item.
You are a new or relatively low activity Seller so your funds may be held for up to 31 days, read abotu that here: Transaction holds | eBay

Mentor6 months agoGo to shipping labels https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub and select the label you did not use. Void/cancel it under actions. Make sure to choose the right one. The USPS will issue you a credit in about 3 weeks. You won't get notification; you will just see a shipping label credit in your payouts.
