I received an order on Friday at 7:00 p.m. I purchased the label and took my item to the post office on Monday. The tracking shows it received by the post office on Monday @3:00 pm after the item is accepted by the post office, it is out of my control. Why would eBay label this as a late shipment? It took 10 days to be delivered. Not my error!

If it shows scanned on time, then the late shipment will be removed from your assessment.
It merely is showing for the record, but doesn't count against you.
