I have calculated shippin set for ground advantage, someone bought 4 things from me and paid $59 shipping but when I go to print the ground advantage label it says $129 why would they have paid so little if its going to cost so much more. I have it set to they pay shipping and its supposed to calcuate. This is the second time this has happened. Why is ebay doing this?
