Trued to purchase shipping label and eBay is saying address can’t be found so I messaged the buy told them no rep once . What do I do

You can cancel the transaction and the reason you select is "Problem with address". That reason avoids a strike on your account. Message the customer and let them know the eBay label flow would not accept their address for label printing and if they review and correct they can purchase the item again.
