shipping
I am a seller on eBay and am having problems with excess shipping costs. For example a necklace that weighs 3 ounces eBay is charging $7.00.
Are any other buyers having this problem? My business has tanked because of this issue.

Here's how to use calculated shipping when listing your items:

It looks like you are charging the retail rates, not sharing your eBay discount with your buyers. I assume your actual shipping costs are less than what your buyers are paying.
To share your discounts, edit your preferences here - https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf under carrier rate settings. You can charge your buyers the same price you pay - eBay discounted rates - or set a discount % and keep part of the difference for yourself.
