Shipping
I sold a Nintendo Switch on eBay where the buyer paid $22 for Priority Mail shipping. When I went to USPS, I was informed that because the Nintendo Switch contains a lithium battery, it could not be shipped via Priority Mail and had to be sent by Ground Mail instead.
I voided the original $22 shipping label in eBay and purchased a new Ground Mail label for $12. However, my account now shows a total shipping cost of $34 ($22 + $12), and I have not received a refund for the voided label.
How I can request a correction and refund for the voided Priority Mail label?

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
