Mentor8 months ago@kemart-56 Explain to the buyer that you are new to eBay and are very sorry but that you made a VERY big mistake in setting up the listing. This item should have been listed as Local Pick Up ONLY
Freight shipping is going to cost at LEAST $500 because it will to be crated too to protect it.
Then you cancel the sale as out of stock/ damaged from the drop down menu next to the item. You do unfortunately receive a DEFECT for having to cancel the listing.
This will start the refund process to the buyer.

Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.
Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.
