Shipping
I sold an item with the shipping in a 14x8x6 box. I just realized I am out of those boxes. I have already printed the label. Can I somehow change the shipping to a poly mailer now?

The cost you paid for the label was predicated on the weight and dimensions you used. I see you sold shoes ... I would NEVER put a pair of shoes in a poly mailer. You should find or make another box to ship them in.
While box size can affect the shipping cost you would be fine if a similar box has dimensions close to the one you have. The box volume is more critical ... yours 14 x 8 x 6 would be 672 Cubic inches. So something similar would be fine.
