In your Account settings as a Sellers you have 5 addresses to set up: Addresses Settings
If one is wrong then ADD a new one and DELETE the wrong one. That will apply to future sales.
If you have an order with an incorrect return address using ESE (eBay Standard Envelope) and are trying to print the label through eBay is it rejecting your attempt to purchase and print the label??? I can't see where a Return address would prevent you from printing the label???
If it continues to fail you might have to message the customer and ask the if they will ask you to cancel so you can correct your return address and they can purchase again. If they message you to cancel then you can do that without getting a strike on your account because you can use the reasons, "Buyer requested".
