You need to have international shipping on the listing.
If the item is over 4lbs or $400 it must Priority. Also some countries don't have tracking confirmation for 1st class delivery confirmation.
Cost is based on package size and weight

OP7 months agoThank you. He wants to buy car motor mounts for $125.00. I estimate 25 lbs. He is in north Otega New Zealand 9400. I am trying to use fed ex shipping calculator but it won’t take the North Otega?

OP7 months agoItem: 325863563083. Thank you greatly.. I am not sure if I am doing correctly. I estimate maybe 25 lbs, from Philadelphia and probably need 12 x 6 x13 box estimated:)

Mentor7 months ago@snm81 I checked and that listing does NOT have international shipping, it just says contact seller for shipping price. That means that it's not set up correctly.
I am not sure why since you are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program AND a couple of your other rotor listings DO have EIS shipping such as this one>

Go to the PROBLEM listing and click edit next to the item to see what the package weight and size is that you entered on the listing. You have the rotators shipping in a large flat rate box domestically. Do they fit?
Check the international section.

Mentor7 months ago@snm81 Adding that you do NOT want to ship directly with Fed Ex to the buyer as Fed Ex will charge a brokerage fee on top of the custom fees.

OP7 months agoThanks greatly! My husband sold mostly car parts for years. I took over about two and half years ago selling various items. I listed those car parts for him, and I now see I did not set up properly. Thanks for responses, I will go correct them. Happy Holidays!
